What is the Execution Lab?

The Execution Lab is a 13-week program for business owners who have a strategy — and need support actually putting it into motion. It's not more education. It's not generic coaching. It's a structured, high-accountability experience built around where your business actually is right now.

Every participant is assessed and placed into one of three execution lanes — Stabilize, Validate, or Scale — based on their current reality. Your 1:1 sessions and group work are tailored to your lane, so you're never getting advice that doesn't apply to where you are.

Weekly Group Sessions
Peer-driven execution. Real challenges, real decisions, real accountability — with other owners doing the same work.
Biweekly 1:1 Advisory
Executive-level support on prioritization, financial decisions, operational barriers, and sequencing — tailored to your lane.
Cash Flow as the Backbone
Every session connects to your numbers. You'll build and use a 13-week cash flow forecast as the lens for every major decision.

Cash & Finances
How predictable is your cash flow right now — month to month?
It's pretty unpredictableI'm often surprised by the end of the month — sometimes tight, sometimes okay, but I can't always see it coming.
I have a forecast, but I haven't fully activated my strategy yetI can see where things are headed on paper, but my projections are based on a plan I haven't fully put into motion. The numbers will shift once I do.
Mostly predictable, but growing faster than I can trackCash is coming in, but the business is moving fast and I'm struggling to keep the picture current.
02
Revenue
How would you describe your revenue right now?
Inconsistent — feast or famineGood months and slow months with no clear pattern. It's hard to plan around it.
Stable but I'm ready to grow itRevenue is coming in consistently, but I haven't fully activated the strategies I know could take it to the next level.
Growing — sometimes faster than I can handleMore business is coming in, but I'm running into new problems as the volume increases.
03
Your Time
On a typical week, where does most of your time actually go?
Running the day-to-day — putting out firesMost of my energy goes to keeping things operational. There's rarely space to work on the business instead of in it.
Building and preparing — not yet in full execution modeMy days include conversations, research, refining the offer, meeting with vendors or partners, and laying groundwork. I'm getting ready to move, but I'm not fully in motion yet.
Driving growth — sales, delivery, teamI'm actively executing on growth. The challenge is staying strategic when everything is moving fast.
04
Your Strategy
Where are you with executing on your business strategy?
I need to stabilize before I can really executeThere are foundational things — cash flow, daily operations, bandwidth — that need to be sorted before I can focus on bigger strategic moves.
I have a clear direction — I'm working on getting it off the groundThe strategy is defined. I know where I want to go. What I need is to start moving and find out what actually works.
I'm already in motion — and need to grow smarterI'm executing. Things are moving. But I need better systems, clearer financials, or a more intentional approach to keep growing sustainably.
05
Team & Capacity
Who's doing the work in your business right now?
Mostly me — I'm wearing all the hatsI do most of the critical work myself. If I'm out, things slow down or stop.
Me plus a small team or contractorsI have some support, but I'm still deeply involved in most things. I'm building toward more delegation.
I have a team — managing them is part of the challengeI've built some team capacity, but managing, aligning, and growing the team is now a real part of my job.
06
Financial Pressure
What's your biggest financial concern right now?
Making sure I can cover my expenses each monthCash coverage is the primary concern. Growth feels secondary to making sure the business stays viable.
Whether my strategy will actually generate the revenue I'm counting onI'm not in crisis, but I'm not certain the financial picture will look the way I expect once I'm fully executing.
Managing cash flow as the business growsRevenue is there, but growth is creating new financial complexity — cash timing, margins, or investment decisions.
07
Decision-Making
How do you typically make important business decisions?
Mostly instinct and experienceI go with my gut. I don't always have clean data to work from, and decisions often feel reactive.
A mix — I want to use more data but I'm not there yetI understand the value of financial data in decisions, but I'm not consistently using it. I'm working toward it.
I try to use data, but I need better tools and analysisI look at numbers, but I need help interpreting what they mean and what decisions they should drive.
08
What Success Feels Like
What would a genuinely good week in your business look like right now?
Everything ran smoothly and I wasn't putting out firesA calm, operational week where things worked without me having to intervene constantly.
I moved on something strategic and got real feedbackI made a deliberate move toward where I want the business to go — and learned something from it, whether it landed or not.
Strong numbers and the team moved without meRevenue came in, things ran without me being the bottleneck, and I had time to think strategically.
09
What You Need Most
What do you most need from outside support right now?
Someone to help me get stable and build a foundationI need help getting the fundamentals right — cash visibility, fewer bottlenecks, and a clearer picture of where things stand.
A thinking partner to pressure-test my planI want someone who can help me validate my assumptions, spot the gaps, and move from planning into action.
Advisory support to grow smarter — not just fasterI'm moving, but I need strategic guidance on the financial and operational decisions that come with scaling.
